No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information using best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security. 7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law.
- Active Members:We retain all membership data for the duration of your membership plus a period of up to 7 years after cancellation for legal, tax, and audit purposes.
- Inactive Prospects:Inquiry and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact unless you request deletion sooner.
- Access Logs:Facility entry and exit logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and operational purposes.
- Financial Records:Billing and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Marketing Data:Email engagement data is retained while you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, marketing data is anonymized within 90 days.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a manner that prevents recovery or reconstruction.
