These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fuel Fortress facilities, services, digital platforms, and membership programs operated by Fuel Fortress, LLC (“Fuel Fortress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By signing up for a membership, accessing our facilities, downloading our Members App, or using our website at fuelfortress.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, including limitations on liability, a binding arbitration clause, and a class action waiver in Section 13. If you have questions before agreeing, contact us at legal@fuelfortress.com.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fuel Fortress, LLC. By accessing or using any Fuel Fortress service — including physical gym locations in Bowling Green, KY; Franklin, KY; Clarksville, TN; and Nashville, TN — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users, including members, guests, class participants, personal training clients, digital app users, and anyone visiting or using Fuel Fortress facilities or services in any capacity.
Fuel Fortress reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes as described in Section 14.
2. Eligibility
To use Fuel Fortress services and maintain an active membership, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least18 years of ageto enter into a membership agreement independently.
- Individuals between the ages of16 and 17may join with a signed parental or legal guardian consent form. The consenting adult assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the minor’s membership and conduct.
- Individuals under 16 are not permitted to become members and are not permitted on the gym floor without explicit written approval from management.
- You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.
- You must not have been previously terminated from Fuel Fortress membership for misconduct, unless reinstated in writing by management.
- Discount eligibility (Active Duty Military, First Responders, Students) requires current, verifiable documentation submitted at the time of enrollment and upon renewal.
Fuel Fortress reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual at our discretion, including for health, safety, or conduct-related reasons.
3. Memberships & Billing
Fuel Fortress membership grants you access to our gym facilities, amenities, and services as outlined in your chosen membership plan. Memberships are managed and billed through Gym Insight, our member management and billing platform.
Billing Terms
- Membership dues are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) to your payment method on file.
- By providing payment information, you authorize Fuel Fortress to charge your payment method for all applicable membership fees, including recurring charges.
- Missed or failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of access. You will be notified and given an opportunity to update your payment information.
- Fuel Fortress reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with at least30 days’ written noticeto active members before any price changes take effect.
- All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may apply where required by law.
Multi-Location Access
- Qualifying memberships grant access to all Fuel Fortress locations using a single digital keytag through the Fuel Fortress Members App.
- Multi-location access is subject to the membership tier you have enrolled in. Single-location plans may be upgraded at any time.
- Access privileges are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your keytag or account credentials is strictly prohibited.
Discounted Memberships
- Discounted rates for Active Duty Military, First Responders, and Students are available upon verification of qualifying status.
- Documentation must be current and valid. Expired documentation will result in reversion to standard pricing at the next billing cycle.
- Misrepresentation of qualifying status to obtain a discount may result in immediate membership termination and recovery of the discount difference.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled with30 days’ written noticeprior to the next billing date. Cancellations submitted with less than 30 days’ notice may be charged for one additional billing cycle.
- Annual memberships cancelled before the contract term ends may be subject to an early termination fee as specified in your membership agreement.
- Military deployment cancellations: Members on active deployment orders may cancel or freeze their membership without penalty upon providing valid military orders. Contact your home location with documentation.
- Medical cancellations: Members with a documented medical condition preventing gym use may request a cancellation or freeze with a physician’s written recommendation.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the Members App, email, or in person at your home location. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Refund Policy
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
- Enrollment fees, initiation fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Refund requests for billing errors, duplicate charges, or documented extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within7–10 business days.
Membership Freeze
Members may request a temporary membership freeze (minimum 30 days, maximum 90 days per calendar year) for medical, military, or other qualifying reasons. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing. A reduced hold fee may apply during the freeze period as specified in your membership agreement.
5. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct
Fuel Fortress is a judgment-free, results-focused environment built for serious training. To protect the experience of every member, the following rules are enforced at all locations:
Re-rack all weights after use. Wipe down equipment before and after every session. Do not drop weights unnecessarily or damage equipment.
Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any member or staff will result in immediate and permanent removal with no refund.
Your digital keytag is for your use only. Do not allow unauthorized individuals to enter using your credentials. Violations may result in membership termination.
Appropriate athletic attire required at all times. Closed-toe athletic footwear is mandatory on the gym floor. No boots, sandals, or bare feet.
Filming others without explicit consent is prohibited. Keep phone use respectful. Do not occupy equipment for extended periods while using your phone.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, and banned performance-enhancing substances are strictly prohibited on all Fuel Fortress premises. Violations result in immediate termination.
- Guests must be signed in by a current member and accompanied at all times. Guest privileges are subject to management discretion and applicable guest fees.
- Personal training services offered at Fuel Fortress may only be performed by Fuel Fortress-certified or approved trainers. Unauthorized commercial training by non-staff is prohibited.
- Food is not permitted on the gym floor. Beverages in sealed, spill-proof containers are allowed. On-site ready-made meals may be consumed in designated areas only.
- Private saunas are for member use only and subject to posted usage guidelines. Conduct in the sauna must remain respectful and appropriate at all times.
- Fuel Fortress reserves the right to modify facility rules at any time. Updated rules will be posted in-location and on the Members App.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent membership termination at Fuel Fortress’s sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to conduct violations.
6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death. By using Fuel Fortress facilities and services, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation.
Your Health Responsibilities
- You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in exercise and gym activities at Fuel Fortress.
- You agree to consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition, disability, or have been advised by a medical professional to limit physical activity.
- You agree to immediately notify a Fuel Fortress staff member if you feel faint, dizzy, experience chest pain, or any unusual discomfort during use of our facilities.
- Fuel Fortress staff are not licensed medical professionals. Nothing provided by staff, including workout plans or nutritional guidance, constitutes medical advice.
MMA & Combat Sports Participation
- Participation in MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, or boxing classes involves elevated physical contact risk. By participating, you accept all associated risks.
- Proper protective equipment (gloves, mouthguards, etc.) is required and is your responsibility to provide unless otherwise stated by your instructor.
- All sparring and contact training must occur only under instructor supervision and within designated training areas.
- Instructors have final authority to remove any participant from a combat class for safety reasons, with no impact to membership standing.
Sauna Use
- Consult your physician before using the sauna if you have cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or take medications that affect heat tolerance.
- Do not use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- Recommended maximum session lengths are posted inside each sauna. Fuel Fortress is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from non-compliant use.
Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Fuel Fortress, LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, franchisees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your use of our facilities, services, equipment, or participation in any class or program. This waiver is in addition to any liability waiver signed as part of your membership agreement.
7. Classes & Personal Training
Fuel Fortress offers group fitness classes (including MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing/Boxing, and HIIT), personal training, and customized programming. The following terms apply:
- Class schedules are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes through the Members App.
- Class capacity may be limited. Pre-registration through the Members App is recommended and may be required for certain classes.
- Late arrivals may be turned away from group classes at the instructor’s discretion to avoid disruption to participants already in session.
- Personal training sessions are available for purchase separately from membership. Purchased sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least24 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit the session.
- Customized workout plans and nutritional guidance provided as part of membership are intended for general wellness purposes and do not constitute professional medical, dietary, or clinical nutrition advice.
- All trainers and class instructors operating at Fuel Fortress locations must be approved by Fuel Fortress management. Members are not permitted to bring outside trainers into the facility for commercial training purposes.
- Fuel Fortress reserves the right to modify class offerings, discontinue programs, or replace instructors without liability.
8. Members App & Digital Access
The Fuel Fortress Members App provides 24/7 facility access via digital keytag, class registration, account management, and member communications. Use of the app is subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented within the app.
- The Members App is available as a free download for active members. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login or digital keytag with any other person.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately atsupport@fuelfortress.com. You may be held responsible for activity occurring through your account prior to reporting.
- Fuel Fortress reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Members App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity of access during transitions.
- Digital keytag access is contingent on an active, paid-current membership. Access is automatically suspended upon cancellation, non-payment, or account termination.
- Attempting to tamper with, circumvent, or exploit the digital access system may result in immediate membership termination and legal action.
Our website at fuelfortress.com is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use our website or app for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious content, or to interfere with its operation.
